What is an "investigation"?
One AI root-cause analysis run — from question to evidence-backed report. Each tier includes a monthly allotment; overages are billed per investigation ($0.75 Team, $1.00 Business), and unused credits roll over one month.
How does bring-your-own-LLM pricing work?
Connect your own Claude, OpenAI or Gemini key and the per-seat price drops — and the monthly investigation cap is removed. You pay LLM tokens directly to your provider; rate limits still apply (10 concurrent on Team, 30 on Business).
Why does Business have a platform fee?
Business adds a $1,500/month platform fee on top of per-seat pricing to cover SSO/SAML, longer retention and higher concurrency. Per-seat pricing keeps it predictable — no per-host bill shock.
Is pricing per host like other tools?
No. Intellira is priced per seat with included investigations — deliberately not per host or per GB, so your bill does not balloon with your infrastructure.
